Job Description:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter for both UI and API workloads.
• Lead performance testing activities across large, complex systems, including workload modelling, test execution.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis and reporting, identifying key bottlenecks in applications, infrastructure, and databases.
• Use Dynatrace for end-to-end monitoring, diagnostics, and real-time performance insights during load tests.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and network teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Define and implement performance test strategies and plans based on project requirements.
• Good understanding of test data management, CI/CD pipelines, and automation of performance tests.
• Good to have knowledge or exposure to chaos engineering and practices for resilience testing is a plus.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and good knowledge of test execution in distributed environments.
• Expertise in analysing performance results and monitoring using Dynatrace.
