The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing, strong data fluency, and the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable business language for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or advertising with exposure to media, digital media and creative disciplines.
• Fluent in performance metrics and what drives them without needing to pull reports.
• Ability to turn insights into original creative concepts and testable ideas.
• Comfort presenting to executives and translating data into business language.
• Able to guide day-to-day work of media and creative teams without formal management.
• Strategist mindset focused on why and what’s working over relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into a coherent performance strategy across media, digital media, and creative.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV and diagnose why performance is off track.
• Turn insights and channel data into clear, testable creative concepts.
• Direct adjustments and new concepts with media and creative teams without formal management.
• Present performance recommendations to clients alongside the account team.
• Stay current on media trends and benchmarks to inform recommendations.
