Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or advertising with exposure to media, digital and creative disciplines.
• Fluent in performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV) and what drives them.
• Able to turn customer insights into original, testable creative concepts.
• Able to translate complex data into clear business language for clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into a coherent performance strategy across media, digital, and creative.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV and related metrics to spot performance gaps.
• Turn insights into testable creative concepts for the team to execute and test.
• Direct execution direction with media, digital media, and creative teams.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients without handling day-to-day account management.
• Collaborate with account teams as a strategic resource and peer.
