Job summary

Insperity seeks a performance improvement professional to consult with clients and service teams, identifying gaps and recommending targeted training solutions that drive retention and growth. You will lead initiatives, develop programs, and measure impact, collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment with client strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years in the field, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience required.
• Three to five years in performance improvement and training required.
• Experience consulting with small to medium size businesses preferred.
• Training certification (DDI) preferred or to be obtained within 3–4 months of hire.
• HR knowledge with broad base exposure and understanding of impact on business results.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and initiates client service requests, consults on performance gaps, and recommends training solutions.
• Consults with client leaders regarding organizational and employee performance gaps and needs analyses.
• Develops, recommends and promotes performance improvement/training solutions.
• Facilitates strategic initiatives such as teambuilding, culture improvement, change management, inclusive leadership, and executive retreats.
• Maintains tools, tracking mechanisms, and workflow processes to enhance service delivery.
• Facilitates training programs using company learning resources.
• Establishes methods to measure business impact of training solutions.
• Collaborates with team members to align deliverables with client strategy.
• Participates in prospect meetings with Sales and Service Team members.
• Maintains network and stays updated in the performance improvement/training field.
