Job Summary
This position is responsible for consulting with clients and service team members regarding client performance improvement needs, then developing or recommending appropriate performance improvement/training solutions that provide value, positively impact our clients’ businesses, and result in retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and initiate client service requests.
- Consult with client business owners and leaders regarding organizational and employee performance gaps, including conducting needs analysis.
- Develop, recommend, and promote performance improvement/training solutions.
- Facilitate strategic initiatives such as teambuilding, process analyses, culture improvement, change management, and executive leadership retreats.
- Facilitate and coordinate training programs using existing materials and content.
- Educate and encourage client usage of Insperity Learning Portal.
- Establish methods of measuring business impact of performance/training solutions.
- Use appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in a variety of business circumstances.
- Execute level of care playbook through authentic and intentional delivery as a client advocate.
- Collaborate with team members to create service plans that align with client business strategy.
- Participate in prospect meetings with Sales and Service Team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Four to five years of work experience in performance improvement and training required.
- Experience consulting with small to medium‑size businesses preferred.
- Maintaining active membership in a professional organization preferred.
- Training certification (DDI) preferred or must be obtained within three to four months of hire date.
- Human Resources knowledge and broad exposure to various HR disciplines.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven success influencing leaders and positively impacting business results.
- Effective presentation skills using visuals and other media.
- Multi‑tasking and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests on an ongoing basis.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other application programs as needed.
Compensation Range (Denver, CO): $68,040 - $77,411
