Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or automation engineering.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Java with proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Experience with observability and APM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
• Analyze test results and produce data-driven performance reports.
• Collaborate with DevOps to optimize application code and configurations.
• Support performance readiness for production releases.
