7+ years of experience across multiple technology disciplines

5+ years of experience in support and monitoring role for large applications

Experience with performance monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Dynatrace

Experience with log monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana

Excellent technical knowledge supporting large-scale applications

Strong technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills
