Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the PSR Framework, including test architecture, authentication strategies, scenario builders, and reporting
• Design and execute large-scale performance tests against distributed microservice architectures
• Build Agentic AI workflows that automate test generation, execution, and intelligent result analysis using LLM-powered agents
• Integrate and maintain automated performance pipelines in Azure DevOps with quality gates and stage-based reporting
• Provide technical consultancy and mentorship to the offshore PSR team and internal development teams
