Job summary

RPM Living in Houston, TX is seeking a Performance Programs Manager to strengthen operational performance and quality assurance across our portfolio. You will coordinate onboarding and follow-up evaluations and deliver insights to improve customer experience.

This hybrid role requires data-analysis skills, report generation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and results across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Three years of experience in quality assurance, operations support, customer experience, training coordination, or related field.
• Skilled in analyzing data and generating reports with ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding training assignments and follow-up assessments for new hires.
• Coordinate and administer third-party evaluation programs and vendor partnerships.
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and QA reporting.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to regional leaders to improve portfolio results.
