Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current PT license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Preferred certifications (ATC, CSCS, SCS, OCS) but not mandatory.
• Experience with EXOS facility system is a plus.
• Experience with SFMA and EXOS methodology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Performance Physical Therapy clinic and manage facility billing practices.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and staff development plans.
• Supervise rehab techs and staff; schedule and assign patient care duties.
• Build relationships with outside medical staff and coordinate care.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Communicate patient progress with the PT team and medical staff.
