EXOS is seeking a Performance Physical Therapy Manager to lead a clinical team in an outpatient setting. You will supervise staff, oversee billing practices, and help implement EXOS rehabilitation protocols while ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes holistic patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with external medical providers to optimize outcomes and performance.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills preferred.
• Current PT licensure or eligibility in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility�s Physical Therapy clinic operations, including staff scheduling and billing practices.
• Assist in implementing EXOS rehab system in compliance with laws and licensing requirements.
• Supervise rehab techs and support staff providing patient care.
• Develop relationships with external medical staff for integrated care.
• Participate in completing billing with the billing service to ensure timely processing.
• Provide comprehensive PT/athletic training services and daily treatment.
• Document treatment progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate patient progress to PT team and medical staff.
