Job summary

Recover Pro Health & Wellness is hiring a Performance Physical Therapist in New Jersey. You will evaluate and treat sports-related injuries, design goal-driven plans, and guide patients through progressive rehab with manual techniques and advanced recovery tools.

Qualifications

Preferred: CSCS certification and experience with advanced sports performance rehab techniques.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat sports-related and musculoskeletal injuries
• Build and execute custom, goal-driven treatment plans
• Use manual therapy, progressive loading, and cutting-edge recovery tools, backed by Recover Pro's hybrid cash-pay and insurance model — more time per patient, no rigid session caps
• Collaborate with our in-house team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and chiropractors
• Prepare patients for safe return to play and daily life at the highest level
• Educate patients on corrective and performance-based exercises
• Guide patients through both cash-pay and insurance-based care options, helping them see the value in each path
• Confidently present treatment plans and pricing, guiding patients to commit to the care that gets them real results
• Represent Recover Pro at community and athletic events

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey
• 1+ years outpatient sports/orthopedic experience
• CSCS, OCS, or SCS certification preferred
• Skilled in techniques such as ART, Graston, and MAT — FMS experience a plus
• Strong manual therapy focus with a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable discussing cost, value, and commitment to care — case acceptance is part of the role
• Enthusiastic about growth, continuing education, and innovation
