Job summary

Strategy Consulting Team, LLC seeks an experienced Nutritional Performance Specialist to support an Army National Guard H2F project in Anchorage, AK. You will lead nutrition program development, provide evidence-based guidance, and coach unit personnel to sustain performance education during training and drills.

You will counsel Soldiers, align nutrition strategies with performance goals, and ensure compliance with relevant Army standards while coordinating with the H2F team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field from an accredited program.
• A minimum of three (3) years of postgraduate experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Experience focusing on performance nutrition for athletes, tactical populations, or military units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, adaptation, and implementation of command-specific Performance Nutrition Program (PNP) policies and curricula.
• Develop practical, evidence-based nutrition resources, including fact sheets and fueling strategies.
• Provide nutrition strategies to use during weekend unit assemblies and between drill periods.
• Conduct individual and group performance nutrition counseling.
• Support Soldiers in Army Body Composition Program with sustainable weight management guidance.
• Coordinate with H2F Performance Team to integrate nutrition for performance, recovery, cognition, and sleep.
• Mentor unit H2F-Integrators with advanced training and documentation of mentorship each quarter.
• Maintain knowledge of Army H2F standards and regulations and communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
