Job summary

Talentify is seeking a skilled Business Analyst III to lead design and build IT systems supporting performance marketing programs. You will elicit and document requirements, analyze data, test software, and coordinate deployments with cross-functional teams.

The role involves partnering with clients, understanding program rules, and delivering clear documentation and acceptance criteria. Travel to client sites is limited and experience with data reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related major or comparable work experience.
• Six years combined experience in a service industry in Business Analyst, Developer and QA Analyst roles.
• Six years of knowledge in client-server and web-based business applications.
• Six years of experience using data analysis techniques to determine business requirements and design information systems.
• Three years leading or assisting in leading teams.
• Three years developing with relational databases.
• Six years of experience with technical writing to produce process and specification documentation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills balancing multiple projects.
• Ability to travel to client locations and sales offices on a limited basis (up to 3-day trips quarterly).
• Customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and internal teams regarding web site design, reporting, data exchanges and program rules.
• Deliver professional presentations to clients and prospective clients.
• Document system scope of performance marketing programs in clear language.
• Lead estimation of development and operation for new programs and enhancements.
• Set realistic timelines and scope with clients and teams.
• Apply project management principles to meet commitments.
• Communicate impact of scope changes on price and timeline.
• Design user-friendly systems meeting client and internal needs.
• Elicit and document client and business requirements.
• Document system specifications with diagrams, mock-ups and layouts.
• Collaborate in data modeling.
• Document test scenarios and expected results.
• Test websites and processes and log issues for developers.
