We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Performance Marketing Manager, Partnerships to join our marketing team! This role is responsible for driving the growth and success of partnerships at Addepar through data-driven marketing strategies and cross-functional efforts. As the owner of the partner marketing motion, you will build, scale, and manage our partner marketing ecosystem across all verticals and geographies from its early stages.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B performance marketing, deep experience in the financial services or financial technology industry, and a proven track record of developing a robust portfolio of co-marketing activations with leading brands. You are highly comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking the lead with minimal input from your manager, and excel at managing expectations to maintain a delicate balance between nurturing partner relationships and delivering results for the business.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $94,000 - $148,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
