Qualifications

• Опыт ведения платной рекламы в международной среде, не менее 5 лет.

• Ориентация на данные, тестирование и принятие решений.
• Опыт повышения конверсий и достижения ROI.
• Глубокое знание Meta Ads Manager и других соцплатформ.
• Умение адаптировать сообщения по рынкам, сохраняя бренд.
• Свободное владение английским и немецким языками.
• Желателен опыт в health-tech/медтехе/носимых устройствах.

Responsibilities

• Вести платную социальную стратегию, планирование и исполнение на рынках США, Великобритании, Германии и др.

• Брифовать, тестировать и дорабатывать рекламные концепты, сообщения и лендинги.
• Управлять бюджетами, аудиториями и оптимизацией на Meta, TikTok и других платформах.

• Измерять KPI по CAC, выручке и ROI и принимать решения.

Rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), our device is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use - clinically validated and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US. We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship.

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across the US, UK, Germany and other growth markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on customer research, market differences and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages in partnership with creative and product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate, from ad click through to purchase.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and return on investment and turn findings into clear decisions and next steps.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure advertising claims and health messaging are accurate and approved.
• Steer agencies and freelancers, set clear priorities and ensure high-quality execution and continuous performance improvement.

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting, including direct ownership of campaigns and budgets.
• Strong creative strategy skills and a track record of turning insights into ads that perform.
• A data-driven approach to testing, measurement, and decision-making.
• Experience improving conversion rates and managing campaigns against ROI goals.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience with other relevant social platforms.
• Ability to adapt messaging and execution across markets while keeping the brand consistent.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when working with sensitive health topics.
• Nice to have: experience in health tech, medical devices, wearables, or subscription products.
• Fluent English and German are a must.

The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe. Occasional travel to our office in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, or to team events may be required.
