Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location-Type: Onsite NYC

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Compensation Range: 55-66$/hr W2

Job Description

• Running paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and whatever else fits (TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Building retargeting across web, landing pages, and CRM audiences
• Managing daily ad spend, currently mid-five-figures monthly and scaling
• Working with content on creative concepts and test cadence
• Owning CPL and CAC from click through qualified lead
• Coordinating with sales ops on lead quality and shifting spend based on what's converting
• Staying on top of Meta and Google policy changes for the debt-relief category
• Building out first‑party data infrastructure as tracking continues to break

Minimum Requirements

• 4 years running paid media
• Strong hands‑on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience
• Has worked in a restricted ad category: debt relief, debt settlement, personal injury lead‑gen, mortgage/lending, or fintech lead‑gen. This is non‑negotiable. Meta's Special Ad Category for credit is brutal and a generic e‑comm or SaaS background will get our account suspended in week one.
• Can show actual numbers on CPL reduction
• Comfortable in a small environment with direct access to me and Max
• Fluent with LLMs and generative tools in a paid media workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• MCA or debt settlement background
