Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group seeks a Digital Marketing Manager for its Resident Shows in Las Vegas. You will lead performance-focused digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels, driving ticket sales and audience growth while optimizing return on ad spend.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, applying analytics, testing, and creative optimization to maximize revenue and brand health in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, entertainment marketing, tourism marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
• Experience driving revenue, ticket sales, or consumer demand through digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of Cirque du Soleil Resident Shows in Las Vegas.
• Develop digital marketing plans that support ticket sales, audience growth, and long-term brand health.
• Partner with internal and agency teams to develop and optimize paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital media campaigns.
• Own the paid search strategy for assigned shows, continually optimizing campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword performance, audience targeting, and return on ad spend.
