Manifest is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing with agency experience to lead cross‑client digital media strategies across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. The role is hybrid and can be based in Chicago, DC, NYC, or Phoenix, with travel ~15%.

You will manage client-facing campaigns, mentor a small team, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive measurable performance and growth. Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and search is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in performance/digital media with agency experience.
• Hands-on expertise in paid search and Meta; programmatic experience a plus.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills; able to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own holistic paid media strategy and omni-channel planning.
• Lead client-facing media leadership, reporting and strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with Account, Operations and other disciplines for unified client outcomes.
• Mentor 1–2 direct reports and drive testing/optimization culture.
• Support new business pitches, competitive research and staff planning.
