ADP, Inc. seeks a Performance Manager for The National PCA Hub to design, implement, and refine a performance measurement framework across the NTAP Cooperative Agreement.

You will ensure tracking of financial sustainability, staffing, utilization, and HIT modernization outcomes, working with cross-functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions. The role coordinates HRSA reporting, develops evaluation plans, and aligns with the Project Work Plan.

Formación

• Master’s degree required with 5+ years in health center performance analytics.
• Experience interpreting UDS data is essential.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track cohort quartile advancement and financial performance metrics.
• Manage bi-annual data collection and analysis.
• Develop dashboards and analytic tools.
• Conduct pre/post TA evaluations.
• Prepare NCC progress reports and final reports.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with HRSA data use agreements.
