The Performance Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with our channel partners and end clients that leverage fulthrottle.ai’s patented proprietary marketing / data technology which delivers unique value to customers and business partners. These relationships encompass advertising agencies, media companies, brands, and direct clients. The focus is to drive product adoption, optimize revenue opportunities, and ensure customer retention with clients in the home services industry.
This is a hands-on client facing role strategically planning business objectives to increase client satisfaction, revenue growth and desired metrics.
- Develop strong working relationships with assigned business partners to become a valuable resource to their sales and product adoption efforts
- Help home service clients leverage FullThrottle.ai’s platform to capture and activate first-party data, launch hyperlocal campaigns, and track customer acquisition metrics
- Understand the customer journey and service sales funnel unique to the home improvement and home services industries
- Identify strategic opportunities with client/partners focused on providing valuable technology and increased revenue opportunities
- Raise industry and product acumen by way of articulating strategic value of fullthrottle.ai’s technology products to both the channel partners and end-user clients
- Provide comprehensive account management, building strong client relationships to ensure high retention, drive client satisfaction, and proactively address needs/challenges
- Manage partner/client relationships with internal teams for product presenting, selling, onboarding, and retaining both agencies and their clients
- Conduct monthly partner virtual meetings to ensure business opportunities are maximized and quarterly growth is achieved
- Perform product capabilities review / training
- Assist with client deal closing and retention as required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Sales, Account Management, Client Success, or related Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Skills & Experience:
- Marketing / Digital agency experience is beneficial, preferably with sales
- Experience with various industry verticals is helpful: automotive, retail, home improvement, real estate, education, or E-commerce
- Familiarity in SaaS, marketing technology, is valuable
- Strategic thinker, resourceful, can-do attitude
- Team oriented
- Strong skills in presentation development
- Microsoft office product knowledge
- Salesforce experience is preferred
