Innova Solutions is seeking a Load and Performance Engineer to design and execute performance tests for complex applications. The role requires Java programming, Python scripting, and experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics for performance management.

You will develop data-driven load scripts, use LoadRunner or JMeter, and collaborate with development, architecture, and operations to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on performance development/architecture experience.
• Experience with Dynatrace for performance analysis.
• Java programming experience required.
• AppDynamics experience for APM.
• Ability to troubleshoot load and performance test environments.

Responsibilities

• Designs test cases and performance scripts for complex applications.
• Develops data-driven load tests using Citrix protocol.
• Uses LoadRunner or JMeter to execute load and performance tests.
• Leads data creation for load tests and analyzes results.
• Collaborates with development, architecture, infra and production support teams.
• Reports findings per defined processes.
