CareSource in Dayton, OH is seeking a Performance Improvement Evaluator II to help implement and evaluate performance improvement and population health processes through quality improvement science.

You will support market evaluation, develop action plans based on performance metrics (HEDIS, CAHPS), and assist in creating PIPs, data analyses, and reports.

Applicants should have MPH, at least two years in program evaluation, and experience with PDSA cycles; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master of public health or related field required.
• Minimum two years of program evaluation experience.
• Experience using the Model for Improvement (PDSA).
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support market evaluation and study design using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop and monitor action plans based on performance metrics.
• Create performance improvement project (PIPs) plans and monitors.
• Prepare quarterly and annual quality data analyses.
• Summarize HEDIS and CAHPS data using basic statistics and visuals.
• Produce provider profiling and stakeholder interview reports.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using evidence-based analysis.
