**Details**

+ Schedule: Normal Business Hours - Monday through Friday

**Responsibilities**

  1. Facilitate with the development and definition of ideas that will improve the organization.
  2. Evaluate departments and services to define best practices and encourage positive and progressive change.
  3. Remain current on healthcare trends and advances.
  4. Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives.
  5. Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change.
  6. Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and collaborate with executive leadership to access necessary resources.
  7. Manage resources, process, and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility.
  8. Develop and update the ongoing management plan.
  9. Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines.

**Requirements**

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Management preferred. Licensure required relevant to the state in which work is performed.
    • Project Management Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to the state in which work is performed.
    • Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to the state in which work is performed.
  • Education:
    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

**Additional Preferences**

  • Healthcare quality professional experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent or certification in performance improvement.
