Formación

• Minimum of one year of directly job-related experience.
• Education in lieu of experience may be accepted.
• Experience in theater operations, box office management or ticketing systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily box office operations and ticket distribution for Cullen Performance Hall events.
• Manage seating assignments, ticket sales, deposits, and revenue reconciliation.
• Lead marketing/outreach efforts and maintain venue social media channels.
• Prepare and reconcile event ticket reports and sales figures across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and timely reporting of deposits.
• Coordinate front of house staff, ushers, and concession services for events.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide ticketing status updates.
• Maintain calendars and ensure event information is current on websites and ticketing sites.
• Oversee equipment maintenance related to front of house and ticketing systems.
• Hire, train, and supervise student workers; perform other duties as assigned.
