Talkspace seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid social and programmatic acquisition, managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Programmatic Display, and CTV to improve CAC/CPA and scale. This hands-on role requires strong analytics, channel expertise, and collaboration with Creative and Analytics teams.

• 5+ years in performance marketing or growth
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit
• Experience with GA4, Looker, or similar analytics tools
• Healthcare/tech or subscription business exp. beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Social & Programmatic strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms
• Analyze performance and optimize CAC, CPA, and conversion rates
• Lead creative testing and collaborate with Creative & Analytics teams
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and partner relationships
• Develop testing roadmaps and identify new channel opportunities
• Provide clear performance narratives to Growth leadership
