Job summary

ADM is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement PE and Learning practices across the operation. This exempt role partners with site leadership to assess current state, envision future state, and develop a strategic plan for driving the organization forward.

The role focuses on delivering premier training, coaching teams in data-driven problem solving, and ensuring onboarding processes are seamless, with collaboration from mentors, SMEs, and EHS staff to support training activities.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
• Experience applying systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and coaching in field/regional settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement premier training programs to build a safe, motivated workforce focused on continuous improvement.
• Coach on problem solving using data and analytics to guide decisions.
• Deliver education and training aligned with organizational goals across locations.
• Train and influence teams to use Performance Excellence tools and methodologies.
• Identify training gaps and provide actionable solutions during work activities.
• Oversee and manage the site's onboarding and new hire training program.
