Job summary

ClifyX Inc seeks a Performance Engineering Lead to own performance testing for Java-based microservices and batch workloads. You will drive strategy, execution, analysis, and tuning, collaborating with application, platform, and business teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.

You are highly self-driven and communicate complex findings clearly. Responsibilities include designing load tests, identifying bottlenecks, and guiding CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Gather Performance Testing Requirements and create end-to-end test plans.
• Deep knowledge of Java performance tuning, GC behavior, and thread/heap analysis.
• Strong understanding of microservices patterns, REST APIs, async workflows, and batch processing.
• Experience conducting Chaos experiments and applying AI/GHCP across the PT lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing for Java-based microservices and batch workloads.
• Drive performance test strategy, execution, analysis, and tuning across teams.
• Collaborate with application, platform, and business stakeholders to meet SLOs.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
