Job summary

ClifyX Inc. is seeking a Performance Engineering lead to own end-to-end performance testing for Java-based microservices and batch workloads.

You will drive requirements, test strategy, execution, analysis, and tuning recommendations, shaping the test lifecycle from discovery to outcomes. You will collaborate with platform, infra, and business teams to define SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, and success criteria; lead workload design, scripting, and chaos experiments; and communicate findings clearly to

Qualifications

Leads end-to-end performance testing and engineering for Java-based microservices and batch workloads.
Defines performance scope, SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, and success criteria with cross-functional teams.
Creates and executes performance test strategy and plan interfacing with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather performance requirements and translate them into measurable workloads.
Lead performance strategy discussions and clarify ambiguous requirements.
Communicate complex findings clearly to developers, managers, and business stakeholders.
Build test plans, scenarios, data models, and monitoring dashboards autonomously.
Raise risks early and provide actionable tuning recommendations.
Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
Conduct Chaos experiments and apply AI/GHCP across the PT lifecycle.
