Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements.

• Automate Laravel chores and document decisions, architecture, and APIs.
• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives.
• Negotiate tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Own Flask workstream to unblock Little Rock roadmap.
• Improve legacy Negotiation modules.
