Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a Software Engineer to design and implement tooling and infrastructure for production-like, large-scale performance testing. You will work on traffic-replay systems, log processing, and data-driven test scenario generation, enabling teams to reproduce and fix performance issues.

Ideal candidates have deep distributed-systems experience, strong programming skills in Python/Java/Go/C++, and familiarity with modern data processing, automation, and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, Go, C++, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets, and distributed systems.
• Experience building automation, developer tooling, or data-processing systems.
• Experience with large datasets, logs, or high-volume production telemetry.
• Understanding of performance concepts: latency, throughput, concurrency, resource utilization, scalability.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across app and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling and infrastructure to generate production-like workloads for large-scale performance testing.
• Build traffic-replay systems and process logs to create realistic test scenarios.
• Enable teams to reproduce and remediate performance issues.
