Job summary

Performance Engineer position in Vienna, VA focusing on performance testing, monitoring, and scaling of cloud-native distributed systems. You will design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner, and leverage Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.

The role requires Docker/Kubernetes experience, high availability and resilience testing, observability practices, and collaboration with engineering teams

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Experience with monitoring using APM tools to identify performance issues.
• Cloud deployments, microservices, and containerized applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance & high availability strategies to optimize application efficiency.
• Develop test scripts with Neoload, JMeter, and LoadRunner and run performance tests.
• Analyze logs and traces with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to identify bottlenecks.
