Job summary

Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc is seeking a Lead Performance Tester with recent healthcare experience to join our team for a direct client project. The role requires travel to the client site at least twice a month and living within a commutable distance to Reston, Virginia.

Candidate will lead performance testing efforts, defining strategies, workload models, and executing tests with NeoLoad while coordinating with product, development, and operations teams to improve throughput and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in performance testing, resiliency testing, performance engineering, or quality engineering for enterprise applications.
• Experience with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools, CI/CD performance test automation, cloud platforms such as AWS, database performance validation, and large-scale data warehouse or data lake environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to all levels of expertise., Advanced
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining good working relationships., Advanced
• Knowledge and understanding of performance testing lifecycle, SDLC, Agile delivery, and non-functional requirements validation., Advanced
