Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or digital environment.
• Strong digital and social design understanding across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion design tools and IA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, Google Display and other channels.
• Iterate on concepts by testing headlines, CTAs, hooks, layouts, imagery, and visual styles.
• Leverage Generative AI for concept development, rapid prototyping, image generation and asset enhancement.
• Use performance data to inform future design choices and iterations.
• Design with social-first, native-feeling campaigns across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with fellow creatives and marketing to deliver campaigns on time.
• Keep up with design trends, new formats, and AI tools to grow creative impact.
