Job summary

Scaling.com seeks a paid-social designer to craft visually exceptional, high-converting static ads. You will work from strong source material, brand context, and performance feedback to explore distinct visual worlds.

You will own concepting, performance interpretation, and production design, making independent visual decisions and iterating with performance data to sharpen the next family.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of conversion-oriented paid ads with clear ownership and measurable performance signals.
• Strong typography, hierarchy, composition, image craft, and concept range across more than one visual style.
• Experience designing for a sophisticated, high-consideration audience where credibility matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop several genuinely different visual directions before polishing one and bring original concepts and references.
• Design paid statics around books, highlighted passages, frameworks, customer proof, and original visual metaphors.
• Ship clean, editable Figma files and platform-ready exports; use performance feedback to shape the next family.
