Reporting to the Utilities Area Leader, this role provides frontline operational leadership across all shifts, develops the Shift Supervisors who run them, and serves as a cultural leader for the department. The successful candidate brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to constructively challenge the status quo, and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.
The Brunswick Cellulose facility is the largest integrated fluff pulp mill in the country, with a modern woodyard, fiberline, three paper machines, waste treatment plant, and utilities operations. Brunswick sits on the Georgia coast, midway between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL, near the Golden Isles of St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Little St. Simons Island, and Jekyll Island.
