About The Role:

As our Manager, Performance Creative Strategy, you will own the full creative lifecycle from deep patient insight and trend research to concepting, content creation, and post-campaign performance analyses. This is a high-ownership, strategy-and-ops-driven role: you will be the mastermind architecting our creative pipeline, diversifying our creative formats, and scaling winning concepts across paid channels. This position is dedicated to our new DTC (peri)menopause program, reports directly to the Head of Growth (New Ventures), and is open to remote candidates across the continental US.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range offered for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
