Flipper, the creator of Zero and One, seeks a Performance Creative Designer to craft static and video advertising visuals for our consumer tech products. You will turn briefs into high-quality assets, ensure product accuracy, and tailor creatives for 1080x1920 and 1080x1350 formats.

Bring your Photoshop and Figma skills, AI image/video workflows, and motion design in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You’ll develop multiple variations for testing, adapt assets to placements, and push creative

Formación

• Experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or creative production.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and familiarity with Figma.
• Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools and workflows.
• Video editing and motion graphic skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, color, lighting, perspective, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create realistic visuals and integrate products naturally into different environments.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product imagery.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and advertising work.

We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer with strong graphic design skills and experience using AI tools to create engaging advertising visuals for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Create static and video advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms

• Turn briefs, concepts, references, and copy into high-quality visual assets

• Use AI image generation tools to create, enhance, and refine visual content

Requirements:
