Job summary

Flip GmbH is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to craft static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You will turn briefs and references into high-quality visuals, using AI tools to generate, enhance, and refine content, and develop multiple variations for testing.

You will adapt creatives to formats like 1080x1920 and 1080x1350, and integrate product renders into realistic scenes. The role emphasizes eye for detail, independent work, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or creative production.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and familiarity with Figma.
• Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools and workflows.
• Video editing and motion graphic skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, color, lighting, perspective, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create realistic visuals and integrate products naturally into different environments.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product imagery.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and advertising work.

Responsibilities

• Create static and video advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Turn briefs, concepts, references, and copy into high-quality visual assets.
• Use AI image generation tools to create, enhance, and refine visual content.
• Develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Adapt creatives to different formats and placements, including 1080x1920 and 1080x1350.
• Integrate product renders and generated visuals into realistic scenes and compositions.
• Ensure product accuracy, including the shape, proportions, buttons, screens, and other details of our devices.
• Make revisions based on feedback and continuously improve creative output.
• Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve the creative production process.
