Pitching Performance Coach - Application Collection

This is a full-time position that will require you to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.

As a Tread Performance Coach, what separates you from the rest of the industry is your ability to solve athletes’ problems and communicate the solutions clearly and concisely, helping them improve faster than ever before.

The video you submit should meet the following criteria:

• You will use the linked videos above to complete your breakdown
• Your submitted video is 6 minutes or less
• The submitted video will contain the athletes video and includes–at a minimum–you doing a voiceover
• Within the breakdown, you identified the 3 most pressing issue(s) in their delivery
• For all issues mentioned, you’ve given 1 specific drill, adjustments, or cue you would give this athlete to help fix those
