Job summary

Berman Health Club in Naples, FL seeks a high-energy Performance Coach / Personal Trainer to join a growth-focused team delivering performance, recovery, and longevity programs for adults 50+. This role goes beyond counting reps; you’ll build relationships, lead sessions, and help clients move better, gain strength, and perform at a higher level in golf and daily life.

Qualifications include proven coaching experience, NASM/CSCS/ACE/ISSA or equivalent, and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal training, strength coaching, or performance coaching preferred.
• Certifications such as NASM, CSCS, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience working with active adults or athletes is advantageous.
• ATC background welcomed but not required.
• New graduates and motivated coaches are welcome to apply.
