Berman Health Club in Naples, Florida is seeking a Performance Coach / Athletic Trainer (ATC preferred) to help active adults move better and perform at a higher level. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a salary range of $60,000–$90,000+ plus bonuses and leadership growth.

You will coach golfers and pickleball players, build relationships, and guide clients from ages 50+ toward lasting improvements without surgery or medications.

Qualifications

• Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred; CSCS/Exercise Science/Kinesiology backgrounds encouraged.
• Experience with active adults or athletes is a plus.
