• Certification in coaching or personal training is required.
• Knowledge of Hyrox format, race strategy; competing is a plus.
• Strong foundation in strength and conditioning and running mechanics.
• Ability to scale sessions for first-timers to podium contenders.
• Excellent communication and a coaching presence people trust.

Responsibilities

• Design Hyrox-specific training blocks and race-day pacing.
• Coach individuals and small groups through race demands.
