EōS Fitness is seeking an energetic HYROX Coach to lead members through high-quality HYROX training experiences. The coach delivers safe, engaging workouts advancing strength, endurance, and mental resilience, tailored for various fitness levels.

The ideal candidate will coach HYROX movements, race prep, and provide clear demonstrations, cues, and feedback to build a welcoming, competitive environment that motivates members to achieve personal best.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching group fitness, personal training, or endurance training.
• Strong knowledge of HYROX movements, structure, and training methods.
• Ability to coach running, functional movements, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy HYROX training sessions with safe, effective coaching.
• Instruct proper HYROX movements and techniques across stations.
• Scale workouts for different fitness levels while maintaining intent of the workout.
• Track member progress and provide feedback to support goals.
