Job summary

TEAM FX at Under Armour Sports House is seeking a HYROX Coach & Personal Trainer to lead high-energy HYROX group classes and deliver exceptional personal training. The role focuses on performance coaching, member growth, and confident instruction across all fitness levels.

You will drive race-prep, progress tracking, and community events while collaborating with the FX team to elevate the HYROX program and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification: NASM CPT, ACSM CPT, NSCA CPT, NSCA-CSCS, ACE CPT, or ISSA CPT required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience in HYROX racing or related coaching highly desirable.
• Ability to deliver outstanding personal training, consultations, and goal setting.
• Strong group coaching presence and leadership in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HYROX group training classes and provide scalable options.
• Deliver one-on-one personal training, including assessments and goal setting.
• Assist with HYROX race prep, pacing, and competition readiness.
• Track progress using metrics, benchmarks, and race simulations.
• Foster a strong member community and engage in events and experiences.
• Coach safe use of equipment and collaborate with teammates to enhance the member experience.
