Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance testing and test automation.
• Ability to conduct both manual and automated testing.
• Expertise with LoadRunner and JMeter for performance scripts.
• Proficiency in backend testing with SQL and data validation.
• Experience in API, integration, and database testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB Foundation Level preferred; higher ISTQB certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain performance testing environments.
• Design, develop, and execute performance and load test scripts.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test suites.
• Perform workload modeling and define performance scenarios.
• Execute tests with LoadRunner and JMeter; monitor, analyze results, report findings.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve scalability.
• Support API, integration, database, and file-based testing; participate in test planning and release validation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
