Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Private Markets and Multi-Asset Class Performance within the Performance & Analytics Product Development team. You will lead Agile teams, analyze data, and define roadmaps to deliver analytics capabilities for institutional clients globally.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery to drive product readiness, governance, and stakeholder communication while building strong client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in finance or investment analytics.
• Experience in product development, product management, or software solutions.
• Expertise in Investment Performance & Analytics and/or Private Market Investments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees a plus.

Who we are looking forThe Performance & Analytics Product Development team is seeking a senior Product Owner focused on Private Markets and Multi-Asset Class Performance. You will be expected to work with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to design and deliver performance and analytics solutions. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs Performance and Analytics Product Owner you will· Lead Agile teams and business analysis teams as senior Product Owner ensuring functionality is prioritized and delivered as expected throughout the process· Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and ensure product integration with upstream and downstream applications· Subject matter expert for Private Markets Performance & AnalyticsDevelop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframesDefine and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependenciesCollaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities· Support product testing including user acceptance testing as well as test case and test data· Drive product readiness including release notes, documentation, training, and governance activities for new capabilities and enhancementsProvide communication to senior leadership on product development activities, projects status, and product roadmapsWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role· Experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields· Experience in product development, product management, business analysis, investment operations, or software solutions· Expertise in Investment Performance & Analytics and/or Private Market Investments· Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to act as a persuasive change agent· Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills· Flexible and can adapt easily to changing responsibilities and prioritiesAbility to articulate product capabilities and benefits to teammates, senior management, clients, and colleagues in technology and service delivery·Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.· Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience· Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics· Strong knowledge of the Private Investments space· Product development, product management, or software development experience preferred· Accounting knowledge a plusAdvanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plusAre you the right candidate?
