Job summary

TiTANS Consulting is seeking a Service Performance Officer to lead performance management initiatives for a new partnership office. The role involves defining SLAs/KPIs, sourcing data, and building dashboards to monitor accuracy and trends.

You will work with cross-functional teams to forecast volumes, challenge figures, and ensure timely delivery in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Fluency in French and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field with strong analytics knowledge.
• Fluent in French; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• At least 6 years of relevant data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up SLAs/KPIs and monitor performance of outsourced services.
• Define, negotiate and monitor targets and weights for SLAs/KPIs.
• Search, transform and analyze data to support SLA/ KPI setup.
• Develop dashboards to validate reporting accuracy and trends.
• Forecast volumes to enable capacity planning and reporting.
