Job summary

Diageo in New York is seeking a Performance Analytics Analyst to support data integrity, analysis, and reporting across the Performance Analytics function. You will translate large sales datasets and in-store observations into actionable business recommendations, communicate findings to stakeholders, and help ensure superior commercial execution across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field
• Demonstrated analytical and commercial impact from data work
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R and data visualization tools
• Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Jupyter Notebooks, MS Office
• Experience with large datasets (>1M records) and cloud data environments
• Ability to translate data findings into business recommendations
• Experience with Generative AI tools for automation is a plus
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through analysis of sales execution and activation performance
• Develop insights on US Spirits and Beer/FMB markets and competitive activity
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on volume and financial performance
• Support analytics programs and data-driven initiatives across analytics platforms
