Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical discipline.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through analytical work.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data prep, visualization and tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Jupyter Notebooks, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms including Snowflake and Databricks.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to enhance analytics without losing context.

Responsibilities

• Support validation, maintenance and optimization of data sources.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analytical outputs for Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Develop and communicate insights to cross-functional partners.
• Help design and optimize dashboards and reporting across the business.
